If you have some Red/Green Anaglyphs near by, slip them on. You should put them with Red on your right eye. You should see the photographs okay. Just Click on the Thumbnail image to enlarge the one you'd like to see.
Of course, nothing can compare to having them in your hands so you can get the tactile and proprioceptive feedback to assist with the depth awareness. Some of your patients may need to actually hold the cards to get a better appreciation depth; until, they can manage to see the stereo without the physical feedback. Then, you would be able to mount the cards to a wall and have them move away while maintaining the depth awareness. Also, the creative Behavioral Optometrist will prescribe lenses or prisms to further push the demands on the visual system.
These photographs come on heavy-duty 8½” x 11” cardstock for durability. There are activity suggestions printed on the back of each card. Some photos are identical in everything except the type of vergence demand or the amount of vergence demand. These were designed for the offices who work with just noticeable differences (JND) with their patients.
Also, some people have mentioned that these photographs may be nice to have framed in their reception areas with Red/Green Anaglyphs available for patients to view them while spending time in their offices. Of course, it will be up to the Behavioral Optometrist to decide if that is appropriate for the office.
