BLURRY EYES
POOR FOCUSING SKILL

Many symptoms can point to a VISION problem:

____ Skipping whole lines of reading material
____ Losing your place on the page while reading
____ Tilting your head, closing or blocking one eye
____ Complaining of headaches, dizziness or nausea during near (arm's length) tasks
____ Reversing letters, words and numbers
____ Having a short attention span during reading and other near tasks
 ____ Having poor reading comprehension
 ____ Having "sloppy" handwriting
____ Failing to recognize the same word in the next sentence
____ Avoiding close work (like reading)

If you answer, "yes" to many of these questions, it is possible that a vision problem may be at the root of your difficulties, even if you have been told your vision is fine.

Being able to see “20/20” is just ONE of over 20 visual skills critical to reading, learning and being able to visually pay attention.
